I'm not sure if here I will get something resolved, but hopefully, make other users aware of what not to do if you decide to use QuickBooks cash. The idea was great but be aware that no one can give you a straight answer if you have a problem, and your money will be the hostage.
The nightmare started once I signed and mark for all my deposits to go to QB cash instead of my regular checking account, it has been 13 days so far and I'm not able to transfer my money out from QB cash.
Every time I want to transfer it asks me for a security code that I never get, (no matter if I select call or text) I have requested a change on phone number, to get the security code, maybe it is my phone that doesn't get codes, although it gets phone calls !!!
I filled a form that the payments department sent me, they asked for my driver's license, and on March 16 they said if I needed more documentation they will email and/or call me, that changes are processed within 2 business days. 6 days later and still waiting.
I have had communications with bots, chats, Twitter, phone calls, I have spent more than 20 hrs in the past 3 weeks trying to get a security code in order to move my money. Last Friday my regular checking account was overdrawn because QBcash has all my money, hopefully, I can transfer money out before Friday for payroll.
No matter where you call, QB online, payments, or the back of the debit card, no one can give you an answer. And guess what you can't close the account because, in order to close it, it has to have a zero balance.
I would really appreciate some help, I have these case numbers [removed], [removed], and last Friday 3/19 they open another case number
I can provide insights on how QuickBooks Cash works, @LilianaE.
I’m glad that you bring this concern to our attention. I want to help you so you can move your funds out from the QuickBooks Cash account. However, we have a specific department that can further assist with this type of issue.
On average, it takes between 2-5 business days to move money out of your QuickBooks Cash account. The speed depends on how fast your external bank processes the transfer. Since you're still unable to transfer the funds from the said account, I recommend contacting our Payments team once more for follow-up. They can securely access your account for further investigation and able to provide you a fix. The following links below are ways to connect with them:

I’d appreciate it if you can give me an update concerning this QuickBooks Cash account issue. I’m just in the corner, ready to help. Take care!
Thanks for your automatic response, not offense but did you read my entry? I have been in contact with the specific department, I have 2 case numbers it's been almost 3 weeks, and I can't get a security code to transfer money, I'm not even talking about the time it takes to transfer to my account. It is so frustrating that there are so many entries about this issue and the answers given by you guys are always the same.
I understand the impact of any delay in resolving this concern, @LilianaE.
That being said, let me route you to the best available support that will be able to further assist you in retrieving your security code.
Since the Community space is a public forum, I'd recommend contacting our Merchants Support team. A specialist can securely access your QuickBooks Cash account and verify the status of your security code. Here's how to contact us:

still no solution, 3 different case numbers 3 weeks later, and the more I read the "Quickbooks team" responses to this issue from different users, I see you guys have no idea how to help us. No disrespect, but QB messed up playing with their beta solution.
UPDATE: On April 2, I still can't transfer my money or stop having my payments deposit in QBCash. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR QUICKBOOKS CASH
UPDATE April 7
I finally was able to empty the account and cancel it!!!!!
yes, I'm so happy I can control my money.
QB adds a banking account called QB cash. It should be the best integration of all my accounts. The credit card payments did easily get rerouted to the account but, I have no way to link the account to my QB accounting system. There is a link under the banking tab to add the account, but it does not work. Funny, I can link any other bank to my account except my QB checking. Why does this not surprise me! The response from support is word for word the same I got when I tried to get the new sales tax system working. Which is still not working, I am doing sales tax payments manually from P&L statements. I could do that without the monthly fee.
Agreed!
I wish I read this earlier - I’ve been over 2 weeks and still can’t get my money into my bank account. Are you still using quick books cash?
Thanks for checking in with us, jmrubalcava.

I have wasted hours dealing with this issue. I will save someone time, hopefully. You need to call the "office of the president" of quickbooks at [Removed] and email [email address removed]
They clearly know about this issue and are willfully ignoring it. I think it is class action time. Feel free to respond to this message if you want to join a suit with me.
