Solution: Go to the help menu and click on Register QuickBooks". The problem is that when I go to the help menu, there is no option to register QB. I have this product registered since I installed it. How can I fix this?

If you're unable to locate the icon, just search for QuickBooks Tool Hub in Windows and click on it to open. Refer to the image below for a visual reference:
After that, open QuickBooks and check if you can already import the Web Connect file.
