Old National Bank
It's great to see you back in the Community forum, Kris. I'll further help you bring those transactions back into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Manually updating your bank account in QBO helps refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. You can refresh the connection to get the latest available transactions.
Here's how:
If the issue persists after performing this step, I suggest contacting our support team again. They have the tools needed to review your bank account and further investigate the cause of the issue.
In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions if you want to enter old transactions, can't find your bank, or can't connect it to QuickBooks.
Furthermore, if you have successfully downloaded all your bank transactions, you may want to categorize and match them. This will help make sure your transactions are in the correct accounts when adding them to QuickBooks.
If you have further questions or need additional support with managing your bank, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to provide any assistance you need and ensure that your experience with QBO as seamless as possible.
