Anyone else having issues connecting Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union ?

 

lLiterally every time I login it gives me an error code. I’ve used it on mint and other apps by intuit with no issues

For now, I suggest clicking the Update button on the Banking page. It will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and select Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click to highlight the account you're updating.
  3. Click the Update button. 

 

This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new entries.

 

If the issue persists, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Their website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues. To confirm this one, you have to sign into your bank’s website. I’ve tried login through private browser and that doesn’t work either . Nor does it work through the app. 

I’ve called also to the customer service QuickBooks and no one has help me

  3. Sign in using your user ID and password.

 

If you have multiple accounts with the bank, sign in to the account you want to fix in QuickBooks. If you sign in successfully, your user ID and password are correct. If not, follow your bank's instructions to reset your password or retrieve your user ID.

  3. Select the Edit icon.
  4. Click Edit sign-in info.
  5. If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, clear them to avoid old information mistakenly entered.
  6.  Manually type in the user ID and password for your bank account. 
  7. Click Update.

This has no fix my issue and I’m still unable to login . I’ve confirmed my bank info and even reset my password just to make sure . Still no success.

 

im getting upset and unhappy with the price I’m paying for this subscription just for it to not work with my bank

I’ve tried all the steps and have had no success. I even rest my bank passwords to fix it and that was no help
