I am stuck. I had 1 invoice that was paid. It was deposited in my bank in town, not from QB so when it updated it shows up in my Bank and Credit Cards on QB as a miscellaneous credit in 49900 Uncategorized Income and it wants me to add it. But when I go to my bank Register on QB it shows as Ref. no 15200 and is in 11000 Accounts Receivable which is correct. So now what? I don't want to add it again.

I find no way to ask a question on these boards. Sorry for going on to this questions.
Is there a way to make a check or transfer deposit show higher up in the day on the register. it always seems to be at the bottom after all my checks are written - making it sometimes go negative in red. But really the checks are covered because the transfer was done in the start of the day.
Didn't know if I am missing a setting?
It’s always okay to post here, Razzzy! I’ll include the steps to create a new post in the Community, so you’ll be guided in the future.
About your question, yes, there’s a way to re-arrange your register transactions, making your deposits and transfers show at the top. Just click the DATE header to sort the transactions in descending order, or until your latest deposits and transfers in a day will show in the top section.
About posting a new question here, you can do it inside QuickBooks.
If you have other display preferences in QuickBooks, feel free to go back to this thread. Or, you can post a new question using the steps above. Have a good day!
