Bank Feeds

Hello,

This a question regarding Bank Feeds. 

 

I have some payments sitting in the Add/Match transaction and I want to delete them if possible. The payments are from 2020 and 2021.

I'd be happy to assist you with this.

The instructions below will guide you on how to remove those payments sitting in your bank feeds:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select Bank Feeds and select Bank Feeds Center 
  3. Find those transactions from 2020 and 2021 that you need to delete.
  4. From the Action column, select the dropdown and choose Ignore.
  5. You can also batch delete them by selecting the box beside each of them. 
  6. Click on the Batch Actions button and choose Ignore.

My Bank Feed Center is missing. It was available 2 weeks ago but, now missing.

Hello there,

 

You'll want to check and ensure to log into your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account as an Admin. However, if you are already the admin and the issue persists, I suggest utilizing Verify and Rebuild Data feature in your company file. It is to help us determine if there are issues with your company data. Here's how:

 

  1. Choose Window, then Close All.
  2. Verify Data. Choose File and Utilities. Select Verify Data. If you see:
  • "QuickBooks detected no problems with your data," no further action is needed.
  • A specific error message, there may already be an article for it. Try searching for it on our QuickBooks Desktop support site for instructions.
  • "Your data has lost integrity" indicates data damage in the file. Continue to the steps below to Rebuild Data to correct the problem.

This response is for QBO not Desktop, stiop giving us instructions for QBO only, on your platform that is all that you do it is such nonsense.  Some of us still have desktop, get with it IT!!!!!!
