Buy nowI am working in Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Nonprofit.
On 10/2/25 I went in to update my bankfeeds and allocate charges. When I went to click on an account from Bank of America a pop-up appeared that said I needed to update my bankfeeds. To do this I needed to disable bankfeeds for those accounts and reestablish them. When I went to reestablish them only 1 of 7 accounts appears and it's not one that I need.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?! Bank of America says they are aware and working on it. QuickBooks says the same... I really don't want to have to manually enter these! UGH!
You'll want to contact our Live Support team for updates regarding the bank feeds not pulling up all accounts, KSchadel.
They can look into this further and suggest alternatives to help you with your bank transactions. Here’s how to reach them:
I also recommend checking the support hours to know the best time to contact them at your convenience.
Let me share this link that will guide you in managing your bank transactions in QBDT: Set up or edit bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop.
Please don't hesitate to post a reply if you have any other concerns related to QuickBooks. I'll be glad to help you out.
I have done everything I can to get this corrected. I even did a chat with a rep for over an hour who CLEARLY was using ChatGPT... honestly, I've done all of this already. I exhaust every possible opportunity before calling and then reach out here after I call. It's like no one knows how this works or no one cares enough to truly find the root issue and fix it. This impacts our organization hugely... I wish there was an ACTUAL remedy.
There is no way that I am the only person affected by this. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, what are you doing to remedy it? I think it's an issue on the Bank of America side, but I can't get anyone at BofA to provide any in-depth support. The last person I spoke with at B of A said "they are no longer supporting web connect or using .QBO files." Which royally messes me up... how do I get transactions into QBD without that?!
I was considering switching to Bank of America because this is happening with my current bank, Citizens. You can't even download QBO files. So thanks for the heads up. For now I'm use a PFD converter to get QBO files from the PDF bank statements. Maybe that'll help you.
I have the same issue to Citizens Bank. They don't even give you QBO files anymore. I was just about to switch to Bank of America so thanks for the warning. I've been using a PDF - to- QBO converter website to get the data from my bank statements. Maybe that'll help you.
I had the same problem, after a call with QB support who told me i needed to contact BOA and four hours wasted later found out that the relationship between Quickbooks and BOA is no longer. Meaning the set up for Bank Feeds for Bank of America - New will never work again. What's even more upsetting is that the QB support team doesn't even know this. I switched to QB three years ago and at first loved it. Between this latest bank feed issue as well as shipping to their new Shipmanager, I'm frustrated at the steps backwards my company is taking every day to play catch up in our processes. What used to be time saving features of the software are no longer their. I wish that QB would listen and fix what needs fixing. They certainly make enough money to be able to do so.
Can you post the fix? I'm not sure who Michael is in triage. I've gone through the process of opening up the chart of accounts, editing the bank account connection feed tab to deactivate it which didn't help. I've spent around $600 in third party apps to fix what no longer works in the recent QB update. I did purchase a conversion tool from Properconvert which does take the Quicken file from BOA and convert it to the QBO file but it's not seamless and duplicates some of the entries. To support reps, one that was only for QB at Bank of America said they no longer are partnering with QB or offering the connector any longer. Between the new shipping module which is garbage and loosing one of my bank feeds, i'm not sure where the funds are going as they relate to the increase in subscription prices.
Sorry but this sounds like a complete scam.
I just noticed that you said that you spent $600 in third party services. I did the same, but only to the tune of roughly $350. I told this to Michael when I was working with him and he offered, I didn't ask, he offered to reimburse me for that charge, which he did promptly.
Truly, I'm just trying to help. There is a fix, email me and I will get you connected with him. I already forwarded him your username on here in hopes that he can connect with you. So hopefully that happens. I know how frustrating it is to pay a large sum of money for a service and not have it work. I'd hate to have received the help and not extend a helping hand to someone else.
And honestly, the lower-level people should be aware of this. This is a MASSIVE complaint of mine with Intuit QuickBooks. The lower-level staff think we're crazy, but once they push you up the chain of command you receive actual help.
The $600 is not just for the bank reconciliation feature. That only cost me $49.00 and is solved. It's the other functions that have been changed that have required work arounds, such as our pick and pack and shipping managment system. I'm good, no need for Michael to contact me. I want a fix from Inuit and Quickbooks. We all pay enough for software that is supposed to make our businesses run smoother. Not the otherway around.
cja1910 this is my last reply, I've given enough time to this. If you choose to not reach out, I cannot help you further although I really want to.
What I'm trying to explain to you is that Michael works for Intuit! That's who I'm trying to connect you with! He's so high up in Intuit that you cannot call him directly, this is why it took me 3 freaking weeks to get to him. When we had resolved my issue I asked for his email just in case I had lingering issues that might need addressed due to the in-depth nature of the fix. Thankfully I did, because there were a few lingering things that we had to straighten out.
Please understand, Michael works for Intuit. I'm literally trying to connect you to the person who can help you!
Seriously, look me up at my website, call me by calling my organization and clicking the accounting options. Attached is a screenshot of my organizations website, contact me and I'll do what I can to get you connected to Michael with Intuit who can help.
Thanks, I'm good!
Alright. Enjoy paying more money with no result. I tried. Your loss.
I too have this exact same problem.
