I have two credit cards with American Express. When I sync to download (Under Bank transactions) only one can be synced at a time. I have to then go log back in with the other account to get transactions with the other card.
This was not a problem in the past.
Welcome to the Community space, @Terry_ALE.
I'm here to share some insights and steps that can help you sync your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
One of the reasons for the inconsistent sync of transactions in QBO is if one of the credit card accounts was connected to more than one QBO company. Ensure that your credit cards are connected to only one QBO company.
If the issue persists even after verifying, you can consider updating your bank connection to ensure you have the latest transactions.
Here's how:
When this doesn't resolve the problem, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team. They're equipped with tools that can help you with this matter.
As a workaround, you can manually upload transactions from your bank account to QBO.
Furthermore, I'm adding this helpful article as your reference in categorizing your uploaded transactions in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Return to this post if you have other concerns about uploading your bank transactions in QBO. I'll be here to lend a hand.
We appreciate you for returning to this thread, Terry_ALE. Allow me to share some information about syncing credit card accounts in QuickBooks.
To clarify, are both credit cards under the same login credentials? If this is the case, this is how it works on the new system update.
When we use two credit cards with the same login credentials under one QBO company, we can only sync them one at a time. Then, we'll need to go back to the other account to access them.
In addition, here is an article to help you effectively review and customize your transactions in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

This is a recent change. Up until a few weeks ago this was not the case. I had credit cards with the same login info syncing to the same QBO company.
