Since you reconnected your bank, the transaction will be re-downloaded. It depends on the bank on how many days they will allow to import.
For your bad or duplicate transactions, you can Exclude them so they won't show up in your bank feed.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions.
- Select Bank transactions.
- In the For Review tab, tick those duplicate transactions.
- Click Exclude.
Once done, the transaction will be moved to the Excluded tab. From there, you can also undo the transaction by clicking Undo.

Furthermore, regularly reconciling your accounts will allow you to compare each transaction with those entered into QuickBooks and your statements.
