Hi everyone,
My Quickbooks application on for desktop Apple is having problems with the banking tab. No matter how many times I click on Banking or the subtab (Banking -> Banking), nothing happens. It just remains on some summary page (see enclosed pics). If I click on one of the bank accounts shown on the right, still nothing happens. I am logged in correctly and have checked for the latest update. It says, "there are no updates available, you have the latest version of QuickBooks!". One more thing, even doing something as simple as cmd-J to create a new journal entry is doing nothing. What happened? Thanks.

Thanks for sharing your concern with us and providing additional screenshots, @eeei732.
Allow me to provide you a solution to your concern.
The error may appear when there's too much accumulated within your app. This can be the reason why you're unable to access your Banking page or create a journal entry in QuickBooks. The best thing that we can do is to perform some basic troubleshooting steps. This way, you can get back to your business.
If resetting the App Data still doesn't make a difference, I recommend doing a full reinstall of the program. You can check out this article for the detailed steps: How to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Please keep me posted on your results with this here, the Community has you covered. Thanks again, I'll be standing by for your response.
