At this time, we can only use price rules to control the price of your products, but we can't import this data from excel into QBO. We can only import products and services from an Excel file. Let me route you to the following articles for more information:

Importing price rules data would be a great add-on in QuickBooks Online. I'd suggest sending a product suggestion for this to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this feature in the future update. Here's a direct link for sending feedback: http://feedback.qbo.intuit.com.
