My deposits are usually split, and most of the time I need more than the default of 2 lines. Is there a way to add more lines by default? If not, is there a keyboard shortcut for adding lines? Thank you in advance.

I appreciate the clarification, @Vicki B.
While adding split transaction lines and customizing the default number with a keyboard shortcut isn't possible, I can suggest a way that is closer to your specifications.
In the Split transaction window, you can navigate the fields using the Tab key and the Space bar to select the active button. Here's how:
1. When you open the Split transaction window, use the Tab key to move around fields until you get to the Add lines button.
2. Press Space bar to select the active Add lines button.

Welcome to the Community, Vicki B.
When splitting transactions from your For review screen, you can use the Add lines option to add additional lines.
If you need to remove a line, you can use its Trash can icon.
I've also included a couple detailed resources about splitting transactions which may come in handy moving forward:

Thank you for the answer. I already use these steps.
My deposits are usually split between more than two lines. I am wondering if there is a setting to adjust so that my default number of 'split lines' is larger than two. Or - if there is a keyboard shortcut to add lines, since I am doing this all the time. For my business, we have multiple deposits each day, and each deposit is split between multiple lines, so it ends up being a LOT of clicking on the 'add lines' button.
