Also, I'd suggest accessing your account via supported browsers. There, you can deposit the transactions.

i reinstalled the app. Still the same thing.
yes, it does give an error message, unable to load at this time.

I am also having a problem entering deposits in QB online. Did this ever get resolved? This is what I see when I try to add deposit. It just lets me enter a check.
NOTE: It looks like it isn't going to show everything, but when I try to enter a deposit, the only option I have is to enter a check amount. It won't let me enter a deposit amount.

We appreciate you using our QBO mobile app to manage your transactions in your company. We know that creating deposits in your QuickBooks mobile app is important for you and your business. However, the option to do it in your mobile app is currently unavailable.
As a workaround, you can log in to your QBO account in your mobile or computer browser to create deposits.
