While we don't have a direct tool to transfer data from Freshbooks to QuickBooks, you can consider checking for third-party apps that handle data conversion between QuickBooks platforms. As a way around, you’ll want to look for a third a party app that lets you import more than one IIF file at the same time. You can go to the Apps Center. We can only import bank transactions using CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. You can also check with Freshbooks if you can get a CSV file of your bank transactions or if they support importing.
