We are having the same issue. We just switched to Enterprise Aug of 2022. Have never used Bank Feeds and Don't even have a Capital One Credit Card. Yet; we get the same May 1 2018 Message and weren't even using Enterprise at that time....For the amount of money Enterprise is- They should fix this issue instead of passing solutions onto their customers - most of which do not work. Clearly this is a system issue. Get it together Intuit.
Add me to the list of QBDT Users who cannot get rid of that Capital One feed error message. Annoying as hell!

I was able to get this to go away by following a few of the other commenters steps as well as changing a setting in the Preferences menu. I disabled Bank Feeds for all of my accounts that were associated with that. I then went into the Preferences Menu, into the Checking menu, then selected the Company Preferences tab. At the bottom of that tab is a Bank Feeds menu - I selected 'Classic Mode (Register Mode)'. After those steps, the red exclamation point was gone as was the Capital One Bank Feeds needs your attention error was gone. To be honest, not sure which of those steps actually cleared the issue, but it's gone, so I dislike Quickbooks just slightly less now.
YES, deactivate bank feeds to all accounts that have bank feeds and re-connect each account, and THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED!
MAKE A BACKUP OF THE COMPANY DATA.
This how I DEACTIVATE BANK FEEDS: [1] left click on Lists (found usually at the top of the screen menu bar; your screen layout might be different), [2] select Chart of Accounts from drop down sub-menu; [3] select the account that uses a bank feed (the entire line will highlight); [4] right click to bring up a drop down sub-menu, then, select Edit Account from sub-menu; [5] select or click-on Bank Feed Settings tab; [6] select or click-on round button next to Deactivate All Online Services (will deactivate the particular account ONLY; [7] press Save & Close button. The little lightning bolt next to the account name in the Chart of Accounts screen should be gone.
I advise de-activating all accounts that have bank feeds to find which account is causing the annoying but necessary "Capital One Bank Feed Requires your Attention!" message to appear. I returned to the Bank Feed Center screen several times to find accounts that still had bank feeds, because the account that was causing the problem was an obscure account that I created to house entries that needed further research. Each bank account that has a de-activated bank feed will not show in the Bank Feed Center. Also, the system might tell you that, "you can't disable bank feeds for this account because there are downloaded transactions that need to be added to the register"; this told me to return to that Bank Feed Center and (match, add, or ignore) each transaction until all transaction were cleared. Of course, these actions taken to remove transactions from the bank feed screen will depend on what Bank Feed Mode used. I use Advanced Bank Feed Mode.
After I deactivated all accounts that had bank feeds, I re-activated or re-connect each account (I had ten accounts to re-connect). I think in my situation, The Capital One Bank Feed message was triggered by the one obscure account that I created that, (1) did not have any indication that the account had a bank feed, (2) but was connected to another account that had a bank feed (American Express). For this reason, I had to de-activate all accounts that had bank feeds to find this bad connected account.
I lived with the annoying but concerning "Capital One Bank Feed Requires your Attention!" message for what seemed like forever. Unfortunately, did not call Quickbooks help because the odds of Quickbooks customer service providing real help are way down on the lower end of the bell-curve. All the written online articles were never clearly written, outlandish, or out of my skill level. Fortunately, the actions of de-activating and re-connecting or re-activating bank feeds removed the "Capital One Bank Feed Requires your Attention!" message for now. I hope my advice helps.
Same issue here. I have never had a Capital One bank account yet I am getting the annoying red reminder daily as well. Seems like one should just be able to remove the reminder but no such luck. And the help offered is an inactive or dead link. Thanks Intuit.

In the meantime, I'd recommend confirming you're up-to-date with your product's latest release. It's possible the message could be removed in a future update, so staying up-to-date will ensure you receive the latest updates.
QuickBooks automatically downloads updates when they're available. When one's been downloaded, you'll see an Update available message on your status bar in the top-right corner. Your next step is to install it. The update will install automatically if you close your product and keep the system/PC turned on.

Thank you for posting a detailed explanation of this, YoJose! This finally worked for me after years of that annoying warning. I do have a CO account, but deactivating bank feeds for that account did not help. But deactivating the other two accounts that had feeds set up made this CO warning disappear.

I fixed mine after looking at this for several years. I did what another said and that is to goto Lists, Chart of accounts, then go into edit on all bank accounts, I found one old inactive bank account that had bank feeds turned on, turned it off and rebooted QB. After the reboot the warning was gone.
The advice I received from thompsonshearth posted December 21st 2023 WORKED. The annoying "Capital One Bank Feed Requires Your Attention" has disappeared, after having to look at the thing for months! Can't Thank You enough thompsonshearth (Level 1) Kudos to you fine Sir!
I took these same steps, there were no accounts set up with bank feeds. I just clicked edit on each one to check. Hit the option to use bank feeds exclusively, then turned it off. logged out and back in- and it's gone!
I will be making a toast to this huge victory on New Year's eve, as this warning has plagued me all year.

Yeah, I am with a QuickBooks technician on the phone for last One Hour and he sent me the link to this thread and is trying to get me to do steps on these with no results.
