In the meantime, you'll have to manually import your missing transactions or entries that are not downloading as a workaround. You can click this article to see the steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. After that, transactions from your accounts will add to your Online Banking.
Then, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved.

Hello, so its now Aug. 2022, and I am still having this same issue with my capital one transactions not downloading. It just keeps telling me to contact my financial institution ? why if quickbooks is having this issue. I was able to download a few months ago, and now it is not working. Please fix this, as it is a very important issue for me to continue on with this bookkeeping program.
