Change a transaction from a deposit to a transfer

Yes, you can definitely mark downloaded transactions as a Transfer. I'd be glad to share these steps with you:

1. Open the Online Banking page and select the bank account that the transaction is coming from.
2. Look for the transaction that you want to change as a transfer and click on it. 
3. Select Record as transfer. Then, go to the drop-down list for Transfer account and select the account the money was transferred to.
4. Click Confirm or Record transfer.

Once done, go to the receiving bank's register and check if the transaction is already added. Here's how:

1. Open your Chart of Accounts and look for the receiving bank.
2. Click the View register link under the Action column.
3. Look for the transaction that says Transfer.
