My checking account, that Intuit draws from, was hacked. My bank had me change account numbers. Intuit took three weeks to make the change,12 hours on the phone and 15 different agents. One agent had me run a small payroll check of $50 to see if the change had been made because the other account had already been closed. The change had not been made and now they locked me out because the $50 was NSF and they are charging me $!00. Intuit is the problem and all of their agents are completely clueless Does anyone know of someone to call and rectify this?
I know it wasn’t ideal, @Persistent1.
I want to help you, but any concerns related to your account, especially non-sufficient funds (NSF) and charges, are handled by our payroll support. You may consider contacting them once more to change your account information successfully and get this hold lifted.

Great response, I have had 7 others just like that today after contacting the Chats and emails that were suggested. NO ONE is able to help, they simply don't know how. They are not trained. This is a simple issue that Intuit has caused and they won't come clean. It is very frustrating. Contacting Support is like contacting a wall.
Still no help from Intuit.
Absolutely zero help from their reps.
Now I know why Intuit/Quickbooks DO NOT use their own payroll services. They use one of their competitors for their own payroll.
