Deposited funds not showing

Once you deposit a fund in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you need to consider its time frame, simplyspotless.


We aim to deposit your funds within five business days after your first payment. Please note that your first few deposits may take a bit longer as we set up your merchant account. Once the setup is complete, your payments will be deposited more quickly, typically within two business days.


If the process has taken longer than expected, we recommend checking your email for any notifications regarding your deposit. If you haven't received any emails, you may contact our support team for assistance. Keep in mind that we are unable to address account-specific issues in this public forum, but our support team is fully equipped to help you effectively. Let me show you how to contact our support team:
 

  1. In your QuickBooks, click Help (?).
  2. Select either of these tabs:
  • Assistant tab and select Talk to a human.
  • Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
