To start, kindly access your QuickBooks account to a private or incognito window. You can use these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If it works, please go back to your main browser and clear the cache to start on a clean slate and help run better. You can also use other browsers as an alternative.
