Let's investigate what's causing this issue and upload your credit card transactions, crystalridgewood.
May I know your credit card provider? This way, I can check on our end if there's a reported case about this one.
It's possible there's an update on your bank's end or scheduled maintenance causing the delay in importing transactions.
QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) downloads transactions automatically every night. If the program isn't working as it should, we can manually update your credit card. This will refresh the connection between the program and your bank.
Her's how:
If the same thing happens, we can export the transactions from your bank and then import them into QBSE using your laptop or desktop. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
You can also import transactions using a.CSV (comma-separated values) file.
Then, please reach out to our QBSE Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue.

Same exact thing happened to me. My bank worked all year, but my credit card stopped in May and then started up in December. I don't want to duplicated, but would like the missing ones added in- I refreshed but it didn't do it. Any advise? Crystalridgewood how did you get yours resolved?
Hi there, maraz.
Since refreshing did not resolve the issue, I suggest manually importing the missing transactions. Doing this, transactions that are missing will add to your Online banking. You can click the article provided by my colleague above to see the steps.
I also recommend contacting our QB Self-Employed Customer Team. They can help check your account to investigate the issue and see why it continues to occur.
Here's how to contact them:
1. Click Assistant at the upper right corner.
2. Enter your concern in the search icon at the bottom.
For additional information on how to get in touch with QBSE Support, please refer to this article: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
If you see duplicate entries in your account, please check this article on how to delete so your bank is up to date: Handle duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please let me know if you have other questions related with QuickBooks. I'm always here to help you.
