Problem: Cannot copy from downloaded transactions to register.
To Recreate: Download transactions from multiple banks (Amex, Chase, etc.) no problem
In the "download transactions" window, a single click on any single transaction immediately causes a new register window to pop up. The register for the associated account is open to the last line, as if I wanted to make a new entry. But the downloaded transaction is not copied to the register.
Same behavior if I highlight the downloaded transaction and press "Add one".
Tried quit / restart. Database verified OK. Tried rebuilding database. All had no effect.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

Thanks,
Robert

As for contacting customer care, is there a way to open a case without making a telephone call? I'm in Europe and the support hours don't seem match my business hours.
