Is anyone getting support from QuickBooks? I have been on this website and on phone support for 8 hours, and that is just today! every time I call in they say they are opening a investigation and give me a case number. I am not sure what good that does, now I have 12 case numbers and not one single follow up. There has to be a better way to get support! Don't get me wrong I love all the video and support on this site, but not one single video is up to date, what ever button they tell you to hit is not even on the screen. They only job of phone support is to keep you on the line and give you no help what so ever. Most of the time they mute the call and I never hear back from them. They don't hang up, but there is no sound what so ever! (They do that so it looks like they did not hang up, they wait for you to get pissed and hang up.) Last week I went to bed while on with QB just to see if the call would still be live in the morning and YES, it was! Not a single sound on the other side but they didn't hang up. There has to be an escalation process or something. I called in today and the support rep had no clue how to get to the bank register but yet they tried to help me for 3 hours. They kept telling me they would transfer me to 2nd level support, but after hours of doing the same thing over and over, they said they could only open another case. Does anyone have a clue how to get support or should I just cancel my subscription? Thank for any help
I have 12 case numbers
What kind pf problems did you encounter? All about the bank feed features or else?
It started about 6 years ago, They could not get my QB to download from the bank. They kept saying they were working on it, but never had an answer. I canceled my subscription and went to quicken. Worked awesome for years and years. My accountant wanted me to try QB again. So I set everything up, moved accounts over to BOA so I could start from scratch and they same thing is happening again. This was about 3 years ago. QB said they were investigating it and would get back with me. Four month later I called back in and they said they had to open an investigation. So once again I canceled QB. Came back to QB in Aug of 2022, once again went to a new bank (now Chase) and the same thing is happening. Called in Aug spent 4 or 5 hours on the phone, they said all they can do is open an investigation. Called in Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, and 4 times so far in Feb. Each time hours and hours on the phone with support, just to open another investigation. Now with a brand new bank account it downloads some transactions but not all. Then it will download the same transaction 15 times. We are also having the problem with the business credit card. I setup a parent account, and then the support kept setting up more accounts. So now I have maybe 10 accounts that a little piece of the downloaded transaction are going into each account. All the transaction do appear to be in one of those accounts, but not all in the correct accounts, and still downloading the same transaction 15 times, even though I have told it to exclude it 10 times.
I read your problem is always related to the bank feed feature, correct?
You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Otherwise, you should explore other accounting apps to replace QB.
I have no clue what it is related to, that is why I am trying to get support
I am confused why I would pay for something that I am already paying QB for.

You may consider the workaround I mentioned if you still want to use QB. Otherwise, you can only get a standard response from Support and you will have to accept it as usual.
