How can I get my phone app dashboard to match my PC dashboard ?

Just to clarify, do you mean displaying the same information from your phone app Dashboard and your PC Dashboard?

If so, all QuickBooks data that were recorded in your phone app will automatically show in the QBO web version. We can mostly view the same activities and information, such as invoices, expenses, and profit and loss charts.

The additional graphs from Dashboard using PC, such as Sales and Discover more will not be visible using the mobile app. It's because the phone screen is smaller than the PC. The system prioritizes important information that you usually look on the Dashboard page.

But the issue I have is that I customized my Dashboard on my PC to show things like Income for the year, Sales for the current year and expenses for the current year - and when I go into the dashboard on my phone app, it shows them for the last 30 days ?

The features on your mobile device are limited compare to what you can do within the other versions. This is the reason why the Dashboard data on your mobile device only shows you the activities within the last 30 days.
