We have one LLC for each construction project and would like to use QB to manage expenses, 1099s etc. while the project is ongoing (2-3 years). I would like to terminate the QB subscription for the project once it has ended, but from my understanding I will only have access to the QB data a year after termination. I need view access to the reports and receipts a number of years due to potential audit. One solution would be to export all attachments once the project is over. When I do the bulk export under Settings | Attachments I only get the first 150 attachments. I have to click Next to view the next 150 and repeat this until I have gone through the full list. I would like to export all receipts in one go or at least all per month or year. Hoping there is some way to get it done.

Thanks for following up with the Community, villhestranch.
I can certainly understand how an ability to export all attachments at once could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

Here's how:
Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.
For the time being, you can download the maximum amount available for each download. Your attachments will be exported as a zip file.
When it comes to exporting reports and other data, you can do so from the Export data screen.
Here's how to export reports:
If you need to export a different report, you can export it to Excel.
In the event you cancel your subscription, you'll have read-only access to the data for one year. Afterwards, you can resubscribe to access your data. If you have multiple accounts, at least one account with the same login should remain active so you have read-only access indefinitely.
If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a great Tuesday!
Thank you for your clarification. I have to follow-up questions:
Do I understand it correctly that if I create 3 companies A, B and C with my current logon (3 subscriptions, one logon account) and after closing B and C I will still have access to them indefinitely because I still have an active account with a subscription for company A?
Another question is: If I close my account without exporting the attachments. Can I reopen it with full access after 7 years in case I get audited? That would save me from having to export them.
Let me clarify things for you today, Villhest.
Once you close your accounts (B and C), you'll only have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data for these companies for one year after the cancellation date.
The same thing goes for your attachments. You must export them from QuickBooks within a year, as you won't be able to access your account after seven years.
You might want to review the resources from this article to know more about the data availability and export policies after ending your subscription: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?.
On the other hand, if you'd like to reactivate your canceled account in the future, utilize the resources from this article as your reference: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
Please comment below if you have follow-up questions about your subscriptions and QuickBooks data. I'm always here to help. Stay safe!
Consider to purchase a 3d party service to convert your data with attachments to another accounting app as mentioned by 4Gal.
