Hello there, @StanleyQ.
You should be able to see your Form W-2 filings through Archive Forms from the Payroll Tax page. You'll have to manually filter the Annual Tax Forms option and select W-2, Copies B, C,& 2. Then, it'll automatically display all your filed W-2s. Let me guide you how.
I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last step.

Okay, I was able to find the W-2's. But the latest one is dated January 2020. Do I have to generate it myself? And how do I do that?

our archived forms page simply doesnt have the 2 drop downs on it so we cant follow this example. cannot find out how to see the w2s
Thanks for sharing your experience in this conversation, @elui. I want to make sure you can access your archived forms in QuickBooks Online.
When you submit forms electronically through QuickBooks, the system archives them for you. Missing tax forms are typically caused by filing them outside of the program.
If you've successfully archived your forms in the past, and the two drop-downs are unavailable, we can use an incognito or a private window to confirm a browser-related problem.
You can access it by using the keyboard shortcut keys listed below based in your preferred browser:
Follow the steps shared by my peer @Rea_M , then see if you can find the drop-down. If it does, begin troubleshooting by clearing the cache in your primary browser.
If it's still unavailable, I suggest contacting our Customer Support team for further assistance. They can conduct a screen-sharing session to take a closer look at your issue and help you fix it.
In addition, I recommend reading the following article to learn about frequently asked questions about payroll tax forms in QuickBooks: Get answers to your payroll tax payment and filing questions.
Get back to me if you have additional questions about your archived forms. I'd be delighted to serve you again.
