How do i turn off notices about NSF deposits that i see in the Sales tab on the left side? QBO

Hello there, @rstran.

You'll receive this notice due to non-sufficient funds of payments/transactions you've processed. That being said, I encourage reaching out to Merchant Support Team. This way, they'll be able to check the status of the payment being processed and review the bank or funds of your customer/s.

For the support's contact information, check this article: Contact Payments Support.

Add a comment below if you have any other questions. I'm a post away to help. Have a great day!

I know exactly whats going on with NSF checks, thansks for reminding me to do that. SImply though, you didn't answer my question. How do I turn the notice off? The check has already been replaced. Even more relevant, we don't need that notice, how do i prevent it from ever popping up?

Thanks

Good Afternoon, @rstran.

Thank you for your feedback.  I'm here to help you with turning off NSF notifications on your account.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to turn the notifications off, but they will fall off after 30 days. I will submit feedback to our Product Development Team for them to review and consider making that a feature shortly.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to the Community. Have a wonderful rest of your day!
