I know how cumbersome it is when there's a bank issue, Palmjzarr.
We want your transactions downloaded without any issues. Although, I'd like to know more about this. Did you encounter any specific bank error? This way, I can check in our records the status of any PNC investigations.
In the meantime, you can check this reference on what to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

i have been reading all the comments --seems like everyone is having the same problem?? Are you saying you don't know what the problem is? nothing is connecting to PNC all of a sudden.. i have been doing this last night til 1 am and again all day.. what the heck is happening? and NOW i am trying to manually add all my bank deposits into my recon but you have removed the BANK DEPOSIT key ?? why is the button gone? or where did you move it! this is the ultimate disaster of EOM recon i have ever done in all my 6 years of doing monthly EOM, please fix this NOW! the conncetion just says try back in a couple hours? how many hours??? this is due tomorrow!!!
ive tried calling yesterday and today and no one is available anywhere to figure out this mess. i am already linked up and have been doing this for 5 years years now with no major issues like this. what has happened> it uploaded cleanly 8 days ago from PNC.. i have rebooted and clear cache as well as re entered all passwords .. but since then it just says try back in a few hours and i don't have much more time. NOW i don't even see an option to enter a bank deposit one at a time like I used to be able to do. how can i upload or enter one bank deposit at at time?
ps why is there no live online chat or phone ?? most people who work for themselves work 24/7 so why is QB help closed on Sunday? that seems incredibly unhelpful especially when QB is aware of this PNC bank connection crisis, I have been reading all the other posts from others with no help offered to get the job done. All i see are articles mentioning certain files that you manuyally upload, i dont know what these things are? just let me manually enter them one by one.... but i can even find my old bank deposit key. please show me how!
Hello, palmjzarr. The live chat and phone support are only available on weekdays.
Aside from that, we're already aware of the PNC connection issue. Rest assured, our banking engineers were already alerted and now continue doing their best to resolve this as much as we can.
For your other concern, it looks like you're using the new QuickBooks interface. That is why you haven't see the Bank deposit button. The feature was actually moved to the other position.
