I am connected to online banking in Quickbooks. I am missing 11 transactions from my Feb and March bank statements...unable to reconcile. How can I fix it?

It's Quickbooks online. I've never had this problem before. I went through all the "help" steps to resolve. The transactions don't show up at all anywhere in Quickbooks.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @mastershelftn. I’ll help you with adding your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If there are missing transactions in your account, we can manually add them to help you complete your transactions and reconcile your account. I’ll show you how:

  1. Select Chart of Accounts from the Settings menu.
  2. Locate the account register you wish to examine.
  3. From the Actions column, choose View register.
  4. Select the Add journal entry, Add check, or Add deposit dropdown menu at the very top of the list.
  5. Select the type of transaction you want to add.
  6. To complete the transaction, fill in the required fields.
  7. Select Save when you're finished.

Furthermore, you can check out the following articles to learn more about categorizing and reconciling an account in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you need further assistance with your banking transactions. I’m just one post away from assisting you. Have a great day!

@mastershelftn

Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
