I am missing synced information from my bank acct to Quickbooks. It's a chunk of time that I need to review for taxes from 2021. How do I recover that?

I need to go back and review my 2021 transactions so I'm all set for taxes. I do not have data as of 8/12/21. Yet the sync continued on after the start of 2022.

I hope you're doing well so far, juliek18129!

There are a couple of reasons why transactions will not show up on your record. You either have an active filter or deleted your account in the past. Let us work together to find them so you can manage your taxes.

We can start by checking your filters in the Transactions section and make sure they are set to All.

If you deleted or disconnected your account in the past, its transactions would also be removed. Therefore, you will need to download them from your bank to a CSV file. Then, import, review, and categorize them again. Having rules can also help to to speed up the review process.

I'm including these articles as references when you check and pay for your estimated taxes soon.

It feels good to share the information you need. I'll be here if you have follow up questions. Good evening!
