Transactions will automatically show up on the For Review page once they are updated. Though some may take a little longer depending on your bank. If the download seems to be stuck, you can sign in to your bank's website to check if there are any notifications or alerts.
You can get the bank's URL from QuickBooks. Here's how:

I'll need to wait for the next transaction to take place to try this as they just came in now. Note that the linked bank account updates correctly in QB (same day as transactions actually take place), but the transactions did not show up in QB for review until 5 and 7 days after the actual transaction date.
This only started happening about 2 months ago. Prior to then, the transactions would show up for review at the same time that the bank balance updated.
I did go ahead and do as described below, but there were no messages, notifications, or alerts.

The balance of my connected bank account updated yesterday because of a new transaction. To be clear, within QB the balance is showing the new correct updated dollar amount. But the new transaction is not showing in the 'for review' list. I tried the steps that have been outlined and there are no notification on the bank site. And yes, in QB in the banking window, I select the bank and click update, and it indicates that it is "updating" for about 10 seconds, then gives the message "Banking update finished."
If I log into my account in a browser window, the transaction is listed as being posted yesterday. It used to be that the transactions would show up in "For Review" at the same time that QBs was able to do the banking update and get the new balance. Now, the new normal, is that QB is able to get the new balance but the transactions are not pulled in until 5-7 days later. Again, this only started happening about two months ago.
This becomes problem when I am issuing a new invoice to a client, and the invoice shows a balance due that includes previous invoices that they recently paid.

I cannot get the url . My bank account is connected but wont show latest transactions for review. Balance does seem to update and no issues with Nat west ....
