I need to change my bank account info

The process of changing your bank account information depends on where it’s attached to your company. I’m here to help ensure you can easily do this process in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For an account that’s linked to the bank feeds, let’s go to the Banking page to accomplish this task. Here’s how:

1. In your company, tap the Transactions menu on the left panel and choose the Banking tab.
2. This will take you to a page that lists all accounts linked to the bank feeds.
3. Press the Blue tile icon and select the account you’re working on.
4. Click the Pencil icon to see more options and then choose the Edit account info link to open the Account window.
5. From there, enter the updated bank information,
6. Click Save and connect.

QBO will try to connect with your Financial Institution (FI) to verify your information. Once you see the confirmation message, select I'm done, Let's go!
