Greetings, @dikewinifred.
The W3 form summarizes the W-2 employee information. When you electronically file the W-2 Copies A and D within QuickBooks, the system will include the W-3 form.
Here's how to view and download the W3 form:
You'll see a PDF form open. From there, you can download your Q3 form. Just a heads-up, the W-3 form available in the system is an employer's copy only. However, you can use its information as reference in filling out the official W-3 form for submission.

Hello there, PCoyne.
Glad you've posted it here. I'm able to share you with the things going on with the View button.
There is an open investigation about viewing the W-3 in QuickBooks Online. It's reported that the View button is unresponsive on the archived (TFS/Auto Pay & File) copy. They're working on this to find the cause of this issue. Let's contact our support team to add your company details as one of the affected users. Here's how:
Once information is available, you'll get a notification regarding the status via email. Also, you may want to check the lists of payroll reports that you can run in the program: Run payroll reports.
Fill me in if you have other concerns. Stay safe and take care always.
