Hi there, sylviamendeztrea.
I'm glad to see you posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'll provide information and steps about migrating from QuickBooks Online to a new one.
When you move your data from one QuickBooks Online account to another, you'll have two options. First, you can export the data from the old QBO account to QBDT, and then import it to the new QBO account. The second option is to export the Lists from the old QBO account and import those to the new one. With this, I'd suggest working on the second option so you don't have to download the Desktop version. Please follow the steps below.
From the old QuickBooks account:
1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Export Data.
3. You'll be asked why you're exporting. Choose an answer and click Continue.
4. In the Export Data window, select the Lists section or data that you'd like to send to Excel.
5. Choose Export to Excel.
Once the exported data is successfully transferred to an Excel file, you'll then log into the new QBO account. Then, click this article to see the detailed steps on how you can import your lists to a new QuickBooks Online: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
Please check this link to view our QuickBooks Online article database: QBO Self-Service Articles. It has resources on various topics and different information about sales transactions and reports.
Let me know if you have any other questions related to QuickBooks. Wishing you and your business continued success. Take care!
You may have 2 options:
1. Utilize a migration tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party duplicate service.
