QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) helps self-employed individuals track their business-related transactions. It helps calculate federal estimated taxes based on the business data that help you ou make quarterly estimated tax payments and file your Schedule C along with your annual tax return (1040).
Also, there are non-profit versions of QuickBooks available, including QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop that you can choose.

Once you create the file, it will ask for the type of business and just click for the non-profit. It will set the Chart of Accounts and reporting to the type of business.
