Let me show you how to accomplish reconcile the entry:
- Go to Accounting from the left menu, then Chart of Accounts.
- Choose the bank account that you're having discrepancy, then select View register.
- Locate the transaction.
- In the reconcile status column (indicated by a checkmark), repeatedly select the top line of the transaction to change the status of the transaction.
- C - Cleared from the bank
- R - Reconciled
- Blank - Not cleared or reconciled
