I need help with this error (105). I have two banks linked to my QB account and the last updated was lik 20 days ago.

Thanks for posting your question in the Community. I'm here to get you pointed in the right direction for resolving error (105).

 

This error means that QuickBooks Online is currently unable to connect to your financial institution's website. Generally, this error will resolve itself within 24 hours. The following article contains information about this: How to Fix Banking Error 102 and 105.

 

Since this error has occurred for longer than 72 hours and you have tried performing manual updates, I encourage you to please contact the Phone Support Team. The sharing of sensitive information is required to pull up and verify an account, and while this is a public forum, the Phone Support Team can do it in a safe manner. In addition, they can gather any supplemental information needed to assist with restoring the bank connection.  Here's how to contact them:

 

  • Visit the following link: QuickBooks Contact Us.
  • Select options for the first two prompts.
  • Click Get Phone Number.
