Im trying to import my excel file of 2MB in Product

Hey there, @zehra.noor.

Thanks for getting back to this thread. I'll be adding more details with regards to importing data into QuickBooks.

Before we proceed, can you share with me the type of item list you're trying to import in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This can  affect the amount of data that you'll be entering in your Excel file.

As mentioned above,  you can only import 1,000 rows at a time with your products and services from your Excel or Google Sheets. Having said, you can split multiple files into a smaller one.

In addition, you can look for a third-party application that can help you in importing large data into QuickBooks. Just go to the Apps menu and search for the app.

I can walk you through import your lists of items, zehra.noor.

You can only import 1,000 rows at a time. If your list is longer than that, I'd suggest splitting it up into smaller files. This will also help you correctly map and import your product and services.

Let me show you how to import:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click the Import data.
  2. Select Product and Services.
  3. Under the Select a CSV or Excel file to upload options, click Browse.
  4. Locate and open the Excel file you have prepared and then Next.
  5. Map the QuickBooks Online fields to your Excel fields. Then, Next.
  6. Review the before importing since you can't undo once they've been successfully imported.

Just click Sales and select Product and Services to review newly imported items. For more details, you can visit the Import products and services into QuickBooks Online article.

To keep track of your inventory, you can use this link: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online.

I'm just here if you need more help. Take care and have a great day!
