A warm welcome to the Community, wgawarriorbaseba.
So far, we haven't received any similar issues reported with bank OZK not being able to connect with QuickBooks. Your connection may be interrupted for any of the following reasons:
To get this sorted out, as an initial step, you'll want to visit your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, paste it in the Connect an account window's search box. This will let you log in to your bank. Here's how:
Once connected, QuickBooks will automatically download your most recent transactions. I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Also, you can match them to the existing entries in the software. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
If the issue persists, you'll want to bring in your statements by manually importing them using our WebConnect file: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, did you encounter any errors? If you have, the following write-up lists different bank error codes and detailed troubleshooting steps to resolve them:
What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.
Let me know the result of this troubleshooting in the comment below. I need to make sure this is resolved and you're back to running your normal business processing. Stay safe, have a good one!
Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
