Yup, mine stopped updating as of yesterday 2/9. Had this issue about this same time a year ago. Took the quickfolks about 2-3 weeks before they fixed it last time. Looks like it's back to the manual upload again.

Since you have confirmed that your bank's website is working fine, we need to investigate this. To report this error properly, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support. They will be able to check your account and send a report to our bank engineers to create an investigation.
For now, you can opt to manually import your bank transactions.
I'll also post an update on this thread if I have a resolution to this error.
Note that it's a month later and this issue is still not resolved. I call weekly. the investigation is INV-51775. There have been no updates from Engineering and no resolution.
