Hello @Tree Recon , 

 

Yes, it is normal for those pending transactions to not come into QBO.  Sometimes those transactions are just reserve holds (restaurant charge that doesn't have tip added yet), canceled transactions that will go away or any number of other situations that would make the final posted transaction a different amount.  It is best that those pending/processing transactions don't come into QBO until they are finalized and are actually affecting your account balance.
