Hi there, dfribush.
At the moment, the option to Save the transactions using keyboard shortcuts is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
I can definitely see how this keyboard shortcut would be useful to save the transaction. I recommend you let our product developers know what features you'd like to add. Sending your feedback will help us not only improve the product but also will help us know what works best for you.

For a blind person who can only use the keyboard, not a mouse, there should be a keyboard method to save a transaction edit.
Hi there, Halter. I can see how beneficial having the option to have a keyboard shortcut in saving transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll share some information about this.
Currently, the option to have a keyboard shortcut for "Save" when editing a transaction is unavailable. That said, you have to manually select the Save button in QBO to save the changes you made.
Our product developers are constantly working to enhance and update QBO features to better meet our user's needs and optimize their navigation experience. While the option you need is unavailable, you can send your feedback to them to request the addition of this ability. Our engineers frequently review the insights in this forum to see what functions are most needed by customers.
