Is there a way I speak to a person I was supposed to have a deposit in my account either last night or this morning and is not there please

I'd like to help with your concern about receiving deposits, sglandscape04.

 

Deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. You can log in to your account in the Merchant Service Center since you were already given a schedule when to approximately receive it. It's where you can see a complete record of your transaction and payment activity. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click Activities & Reports, then select Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

 

You can follow these steps as well on how to reach out to our phone support team:

 

  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Look for Talk to a human and click on it. 
  3. Type in "support" or "contact support" again and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you

They're open from Monday to Friday, in between 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time. They're also open every Saturday, from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Here's an article for more details: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.
