Join nowI received a credit card credit from a vendor of ours. The transaction consisted of a few invoices and credit memos offsetting one another resulting in $-100.00. They credited our credit card back that amount but I can't seem to match that credit card credit to the invoices or the credit memos. Is there any way to match them or is there a work around to this problem?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to match credit card credit to invoices or credit memos is currently unavailable. This is because these transactions are treated by the system as the opposite.
You may consult your accountant or accounting professional to check for other ways on how to record or match them.
I can see how this option would be helpful for you, and I'll take note of this. Our Product Engineers are always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBO. In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.
