Hello there. Welcome to the Community.
Let's go through some troubleshooting steps so you can see the Deposit column while reconciling your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Based on your description, you may have a browser cache-related issue in your account. That's why you're unable to see the Deposit column while reconciling. Your browser saves files to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it'll get outdated, which can cause performance or display issues using QBO.
To fix this, you can perform some troubleshooting steps. Start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, go to the Gear icon or Settings ⚙ and select Reconcile to start reconciling. You can also refer to this article for the complete guide: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
If you're able to see the Deposit column and completed the reconciliation process, return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
Also, I encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBO regularly (every month). This helps monitor your income and expense transactions and detect possible errors accordingly. You may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in doing and fixing reconciliations in QBO: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.
Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have other banking and reconciliation concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success.
I have seen this and other irregularities in reconcile. Sometimes you have to leave reconcile, then go back into it and that can solve a lot of problems. You can also resize columns, sometimes they will get moved so they are off the screen in a glitch. I've also had where the account is reconciled, but still shows OOB amount. You can "save for later" then immediately reopen and its suddenly all reconciled! I can't tell you how much time I wasted using a 10 key to add up thing to confirm before I realized this long recurring glitch.
