Since your bank got a new website, the bank's URL may have also updated and you'll use this one to reconnect in QuickBooks.
You can login with your online banking's website and copy the bank's updated URL to QuickBooks. This may be the cause of why your bank unable to link with QuickBooks right away.
Once done, paste it on the Bank accounts search field, here's how:
You can then categorize the transactions in QuickBooks on the correct line of your Schedule C.
Also, may I know the name of your financial institution and the error code or message if there's any? This way, I can check it on my end if there's an ongoing issue with your bank and some recommended fixes to link it QuickBooks. You can add more details by clicking the Reply button below.

I've tried and I even had a rep try to help me and it is still not working. My bank is South State Bank and this is the link https://www.southstatebank.com/personal. The error code I keep getting is 103 but I know the login is correct because I've updated everything just to make sure.
Thanks again!
Hey there, destinycmojica-g.
Thanks for stopping by the Community, I'm including a link down below that highlights the process on how to fix error code 103.
Based off of your description of what's going on and what information I've been able to gather, you may need to turn on third-party access. Only some banks require this, but if they do, you'll need to reach out to them first. Once that's enables, you can confirm your sign-in information is correct, enter your banking info and the error should subside. If following the steps provided don't stop your error code, I would reach out to our support team again, they can look into your account with you in a private 1-on-1 setting and help you eliminate the issue.
If you have any other questions, please, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks for dropping by and have a lovely day.
I too am trying to connect my South State bank account to Quickbooks as it no longer allows me to download transactions with the new South State website. I've downloaded the QBO file from the South State website but it is trying to create a new Quickbooks account with every transaction ever made. How do I link the South State account so that transactions can be easily downloaded like before

Thanks for posting here about your bank feeds concern, @JFinn2,
When you connect your account for online banking in QuickBooks, the system automatically downloads transactions up to a certain date. If the feeds no longer import transactions, it's possible that the connection is broken. May I know what error message are you getting with the South State bank account? I need this information so we can fix the problem.
In the meantime, if your online banking stopped working, you can upload the transactions manually. Here's how to do that:
If the online banking connection is still active, the bank might re-download the transactions that were not fetched before. To avoid any duplicates, exclude them in the For Review tab. Here's how:
Excluded transactions are then moved to the Excluded tab, and won’t be added to QuickBooks or be downloaded again. To permanently delete duplicate entries, put a check mark on them, then hit Delete.
To learn more about mapping and uploading bank entries, see the following article:
