After the account has been synced, transactions start importing automatically on a nightly basis. It will depend on the number of transactions and might take about 24 hours for all your transactions to import.
Since it's already synced, we can click the Refresh all button to get rid of this issue, here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Under Transactions, choose Bank Accounts.
- Click the Refresh all button.
If you're still unable to see the imported info, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can further investigate and can check tthe connection to know why your info is still not imported into your account.
