My quickbooks is not downloading/updating my bank records. It says I am all caught up, but I know its not. How do I fix this issue? (QB online)

I have tried re logging in to my bank, but that did not help. I am at a loss. It has not updated since 10/23/20

I can't seem to get a bottom line real balance. I can't make heads or tails out of all thoes numbers.can some body please take over at quickbooks.i can't get nothing else don't except trying to receive funds from my account.i have a cash card account but don't know how to use it.

I'm here to help you successfully update your bank account, protreekustoms5.

 

You can manually update your bank in the system to refresh the connection. To do this, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Banking menu at the left pane.
  2. Select the bank account that you're working with.
  3. Click on Update
  4. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then press on Continue update.

@michael631  On the other hand, if you are referring to QuickBooks Cash, you'll be able to transfer money once connected to a bank account. Please check this article on how to use it: Use Your QuickBooks Cash Account.

 

For reference, you'll want to add and match bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
