My Quickbooks Self Employed doesn't seem to have synched with my Wells Fargo account since June of last year. Any suggestions on what to do?

My Quickbooks Self Employed doesn't seem to have synched with my Wells Fargo account since June of last year. Any suggestions on what to do?

Let's narrow down this issue with syncing Wells Fargo with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). May I know if you encounter an error code? If so, please let me know. This will help me find an accurate solution for the certain error.

 

If you're not getting any error, then we can try logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private or a different browser. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N 
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P     

Once logged in, go back to your banking page and try refresh your bank account manually. If it rectifies the problem, clear the browser's cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Or you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
