New error message that I guess QB doesn't know about; attempting to add a new person's bank info; the message that goes along with it is "QB is already connected to all of your accounts from this financial institution; if this is not the case contact the financial institution; The financial institution says they are not familiar with the error code nor does it see any connections being made when i try to connect.  I can still download transactions from this institution and do banking on the current existing accounts (about 25)

Thanks for coming by, @misstmb2.

I'll share some information about the OLSU-1015 error. Usually, this error is caused by the following:

Let's start our troubleshooting steps by updating the QuickBooks release version. This process will download and install the program's latest updates including critical program errors.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Help menu and choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Scroll towards the Update Now tab. Tick the Reset Update checkbox to clear all previous update downloads.
  3. Select Get Updates to start the download.
  4. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
  5. When prompted, accept the option to install the new release.

Once done installing the release, go back and check your bank info. If you're getting the same result, continue with "Step 1: Check your Internet security requirements" found in this article: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop.

Also, feel free to visit our help content to guide you in managing banking tasks.

I'll be right here if you still have questions or concerns with the bank info in QuickBooks. Just drop below and I'm more than happy to answer them for you. Take care and have a great day ahead.

These solutions did not help.  I contacted the bank and they explained that QB limits how many accounts I can have setup at a bank, not them.  And I know your reply will be just the opposite and as usual the customer is stuck with another issue that cannot be resolved with QB.
